Prayer

Loving God, from the first breath we draw in life, we depend on You. As we feel the warmth and light of the morning sun, we depend on You. When we find our value as we feel Your loving embrace, we depend on You. As we think of an eventual end to the portion of our days on earth and yet have hope and peace in life eternal, we depend on You. Thank You for showing us how this dependence gives us purpose and peace. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
