Prayer

Gracious and merciful Lord, when we experience You running out to embrace us with love, we have expected to beg for Your mercy. Yet You truly forgive, 110% and value each of us as Your beloved children. May we accept that mercy, may we carry it in our hearts and bask in Your embrace. May we marvel at the generosity of the banquet and truly celebrate the new life. When You seek the prodigal, we know nothing can separate us from You, thanks be to God, Amen.
