During the season of Lent, we will be looking around the church and sharing images, photos, paintings, and other items that help us to focus more closely on God. Let us prepare our hearts to worship…
This is the bread that comes down from heaven, so that one may eat of it and not die. I am the living bread that came down from heaven. Whoever eats of this bread will live forever; and the bread that I will give for the life of the world is my flesh.
Good Shepherd, thank You for giving us the Bread of Life so that we will never perish, but live eternally with You. May we take comfort in Your blessings of abundance this day and respond to Your generosity by sharing with those in need. Open our eyes today to see the places where You want us to serve and how we can share Your love and generosity with others. In Your name we pray, Amen.
