My favorite Christmas present was not a toy at all. It is a beautiful teapot made by the Grace Tea ware company in China. I like it so much because it means that I can be trusted with delicate, beautiful things.

Having Tea parties has always been a thing that I enjoy. My latest tasty treat recipe is Eggo waffles cut into 1/8 slices and then spread with Nutela. A strawberry or slice of a peach tops them off. They are delicious served with mint tea.

Prayer

Gracious God, the Advent and Christmas seasons offer us the opportunity to enjoy good foods in the company of loved ones and friends. As we share table fellowship, keep us mindful of Your invitation to the Lord’s Table to share the bread of heaven and to drink of the cup of salvation. Help us to show hospitality to others as Jesus has always welcomed us. In His name, we pray. Amen.
