Prayer

Omnipotent God, in the rumble of thunder and the crash of lightning we stand in awe of Your unquestionable power. We see the waters rush and hear the wind howl; yet we stand firm. As assuredly as the rainbow painted across the sky, You remain unshaken and ask of us to trust in Your promises. We are Yours, we have been saved in Christ Jesus and no powers of the earth or above the earth can seize that gift away. Abiding in that love, we give thanks, Amen.
