I Chronicles 13:8

I grew up in a church where we praised God to the sound of an organ. For many years here at First Pres, excellent piano and organ music has aided our praise and worship of God Almighty. And recently, we have added some other instruments to help us praise.

This recent development may be more of a return to our worship and praise roots.

⁸ David and all Israel were dancing before God with all their might, with song and lyres and harps and tambourines and cymbals and trumpets.

Let us praise God, because it’s all right.

Dear God, let me find the right instrument and way to praise you this day. I live to give You thanks and praise. Amen.
