Psalm 71:17-19

17 O God, from my youth you have taught me,
and I still proclaim your wondrous deeds.
18 So even to old age and gray hairs,
O God, do not forsake me,
until I proclaim your might
to all the generations to come.[b]
Your power 19 and your righteousness, O God,
reach the high heavens.

You who have done great things,
O God, who is like you?

Prayer

We sometimes regret how time marches on (and tends to leave evidence of the long journey.) Let me know that each day you give me is one more opportunity to proclaim your power and might, and to tell the good news of what you have taught me from my youth. Thank you for this day and the great things you do for me. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.
