The Wrath of God is From Everlasting to Everlasting Because Humankind Continues to Live in Disobedience

The question is, does human disobedience come from the heart or from the mind?  Or perhaps it can come from both the heart and the mind at the same time!  These questions cause the inquisitive person to become even more to wonder how and why there is a need to live in such a way that brings forth “the wrath of God” upon us and the world!  It is the disobedience of God’s Will that will bring down the Wrath of God upon creation.

Yet, the more we wonder the greater the burning of consuming sin comes from deep within our hearts.  The deeper and consuming of sin within us leads our minds to question and to wonder, where is the loving Spirit of God when we need it most!  Is it not God who made us?  Therefore we wonder how it can be that the loving Creator God gives to humanity the seed of sin which can grow within us.  Like a tree our sin will continue to grow and consume us.  In its growing it will tend to put us down and overwhelm our life.   Sin can over-power us and not allow the love of God be alive in us.

Watching the evening news on our T. V. can at times make us wonder, how long, dear God, how long?  The best answer can come to us as we turn to God our Creator.  God’s love for His creation is greater than all the sin found upon the earth.  Our little Psalm assures us with the full blessings of our Creator: “All the horns of the wicked I will cut off, but the horns of the righteous shall be exalted.” Psalm 75:10

Prayer

Creator God, give to us Your loving grace that will lift us above all sin and bring ever closer to Your eternal love of creation.  Bless us with Your Holy Spirit that will hold us and keep us forever in Your living grace.  In Jesus’ name we pray fully expecting your eternal blessing.  Amen.
