On Saturday, April 1, the Deacons are sponsoring another Soup Kitchen Boot Camp. People who have been interested in the Soup Kitchen but may have been a little skittish about helping, will have the opportunity to work alongside your Deacons as they prepare and serve the meal, set up the 737 Building for dining, and clean up afterwards. For those who have considered serving in the role as Head Cook but are still unsure about what that entails, additional training will also be offered on the same date. This is a non-intimidating and non-threatening way to experience working in the Soup Kitchen and responding to Jesus’ invitation to feed His sheep.
