Prayer

Wonderful God, just as the Christians in Ephesus were coached in putting on the Armor of God, we listen in Your Word for our clothes and our cause. “As shoes for Your feet put on whatever will make You ready to proclaim the gospel of peace.” As we lace up our footwear and prepare to journey out into the world today, give us the words to speak that will bring peace to all our encounters. We ask this in the name of the Prince of Peace, our Lord and Savior, Jesus, in whose name we pray. Amen.
