Prayer

Wonderful God, as people are witnessing around the nation this month in a photo that appears in the PCUSA planning calendar of our pre-game prayer at our annual Geezers vs. Upstarts Souper Bowl of Caring game here in Winter Haven, there is an incredible joy as Christians pray and play together. We thank you for the Spirit of Christ that binds youth and adults in faith together at First Pres. In your grace, help us to remain as one, and let us share the joy of being Christ’s church with all whom we encounter. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
