Hebrews 13:1-3

Let mutual love continue. Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for by doing that some have entertained angels without knowing it.

Prayer

Loving God, we know that we are always welcome in Your house.  We know that there is no place that we can go that is not in Your presence.  Help us to take comfort in this and to seek out Your love and guidance today.  Strengthen us to dwell in You in our daily routines and in the joy of worship on Sunday mornings.  Give us courage today to talk with others about our relationship with You and to invite others to join us in church so that they may come to know Your love in greater fullness.  In Your name we pray, Amen.
